For UK accountancy practices
Stop chasing clients for their records.
I build small automations that email your clients for their Self Assessment and MTD paperwork, stop the moment they reply, and give you one short list of who's still outstanding. It all runs in your own Gmail and Google Sheets.
No calls needed. I'll send you a screen recording of it running.
| Ref | Client | Waiting for | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| C-104 | A. Patel | P60, rental income | Received |
| C-117 | J. Morgan | Bank statements | Reminder 2 sent |
| C-122 | R. Okafor | Mileage log | Replied · stopped |
| C-131 | S. Hughes | Q2 MTD figures | Outstanding |
| C-138 | L. Byrne | Pension statement | Reminder 1 sent |
The records chaser
How it works
The automation most practices start with. It replaces the January inbox scramble and the quarterly MTD chase.
You keep one client list
A Google Sheet with each client, what you're waiting for, and their status. That's the only thing you touch.
Clients get a clear reminder
Each client is emailed exactly what's missing, from your own address. If they don't reply, the next reminder is firmer, and the third is a final notice.
It stops the moment they reply
When a client answers, they're flagged for you and the reminders end. Nobody gets chased after they've sent their records.
You get one short daily summary
Who replied, who was reminded, and who has had three reminders with no answer and needs a phone call.

Your clients' data
It stays with you
- Runs inside your own Google account. Emails go from your address and your client list stays in your Drive.

Who you'll work with
About
I'm Tamer Jones. I run TJ Automations from the UK and build every automation myself, for small accountancy practices with 1 to 10 staff.
I work by email and screen recordings, so there's no need to book calls around your busiest weeks. You'll deal with me from the first email to the last fix.

Privacy notice
How I use business contact details
This notice covers TJ Automations, run by Tamer Jones as a sole trader in the UK. Contact for anything privacy-related: tamer@tjautomations.co.uk.
What I collect. Business contact details for accountancy firms: firm name, the name of a partner or owner where published, a business email address, website and town. I collect these from firms' own websites, Companies House and public business directories. I also keep the emails we exchange.
Why, and the legal basis.
- To contact firms about my services, based on my legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. Every email includes an easy way to opt out.
- To reply to your enquiries and, if you become a client, to deliver the work we agree (contract).
Who else processes it. Google Workspace (email and storage), Make (automation) and Google Gemini (researching public business information). They act on my instructions. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long I keep it. Prospect details are deleted within 12 months of my last contact with you, or straight away if you ask me to stop. I keep a short do-not-contact note so you aren't emailed again.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold, or object to being contacted. Email me and I'll act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
How I handle your clients' data
When I set up an automation, I work inside your Google account and act as a data processor on your behalf. I only access your client data to build and maintain what we've agreed, I don't keep copies, and I follow the written data processing terms included in every pilot scope.
